Blank Pop socket cover.

Through the process of printing A TON of these, I've found the best settings to be:

-Supports everywhere in a grid pattern @ 60% (seems like a lot, but trust me)

-Distance from top of supports to the bottom of the print = .15

-100% infill (solid, this is very important)

-no raft...I mean, you can, but if you have your bed leveled properly, why?

This is the dumbed-down blank version that I used to create all of the others that I've uploaded here to thingiverse. Go check them out; each one started from this blank. If you want to add something recessed into the top, recess it by 1 mm and provide a .3 mm tolerance. This is what I've been using and it works really well; I've just about got these down to a science at this point.

I've also uploaded a bunch of different versions of this so that you can edit and make your own remix.

File types include:

DGN

DWG

DXF

IGES

PARASOLIDS (X_T)

STP

JT

U3D

DAE

SKP

FBX

OBJ

SVG

CGM
Category: Accessories
