This is a simple pendant of the symbol seen throughout the Blasphemous video game series. Blasphemous is set in an alternate 15th century Spain which has been transformed by a supernatural Christian event know as "The Miracle". You play as the protagonist knight "The Penitent One" who has taken a vow of silence. This symbol is the main symbol of the game but also appears as a symbol of the Penintent's Guilt as well as the Tears of Atonement.
