Blend Door Actuator Gear 2006-2013 Chevy Impala

The blend door actuators in the 2006-2013 Imapala strips the teeth off the idler gear rather frequently. I replaced one actuator for $25 only to have it strip out a year later. Most recently, I had two of the three actuators failed at the same time. I decided it wasn't worth the cost, so I printed the gears to replace it. They actuator units are rather tricky to get to, but it's worth it. A failed actuator will cause a relentless clicking noise that lasts for a couple of minutes when the car is turned on or when the air temperature or air source (fresh air or recirc) is changed. This part is for the central idler gear only, since that's what was failed in both of my actuators.
