Blender Top Filler Cap

Customizable filler cap for kitchen blender. This can be downloaded and configured using OpenSCAD, or it can be configured using the Thingiverse Customizer app. The default values are configured to create a filler cap for my Oster blender, but this should be configurable for most brands and models of a blender. blenderTop.json supports running Customizer on your own computer (see https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2812634). Caveat: The filler cap is not calibrated for measuring liquid. The filler cap should be printed using a food-safe material and process. Note the following caveats: * Many materials (e.g. PLA) are food safe in their pure form but may contain unsafe additives. * Many brass nozzles contain lead that could contaminate any objects printed with those nozzles. * Even if a food-safe material is printed with a stainless steel nozzle, FDM prints contain tiny gaps that could become contaminated with bacteria and be difficult to clean. * Shapeways versatile plastic appears to be food-safe. (Some of their other materials are explicitly labeled not food-safe.) It is dishwasher safe, heatproof to 163˚C / 325˚F, skin-friendly, with good chemical resistance.
