Blind Dog Bumper Adapter for Harness

Needed a Bumper for our Welsh Corgi as he started to get blind. Prices are carzy high if you buy one , but ... with a 3D printer you can make one yourself (actually the shops print them too). Printing right now in PC+ABS , as i still had a roll in stock and i guess its even better suited than ABS or PLA. Info, our Corgi is roughly 16KG, therefore i attached also the Freecad design files if you need to modify it for your 4 legged friend. Total weight will be around 160 gr. , costs .... :-) (lest says you better buy a printer and print one yourself as buying one from a shop)!! Shells (wall thickness is set to 3mm ), let see if it holds up or needs more. The ring (Halo) is connected with the pin (adapter / Halo to Harness Adapter) with an M5 Screw and just sticked into the hole of the harness adapter (that way , if they get hang up somewhere they can pull it off and do not get stuck in the garden somewere . The Harness adapter is connected to the harness (Julius K9) by M5 Tapered screws and the harness adapter has some inserts (like for furniture) srewed in the holes. Yes, you need to make 2 hole into your Julius K9 harness (Magic tape area) but they would be covered by the name sticker if you remove the bumper again ;-).
