Replacing blindex roller support is a challenging task to undertake. I haven't created a fully functional replica yet, but I've posted my attempt online. Perhaps designing the replacement using materials like POM or nylon could make it more effective. My current prototype has been crafted from ABS and PLA plastics. Good luck with your endeavor!
