Blockhead Filament Cooling Turbo Fan Upgrade Enhanced Version by Blad3r for Ender 3 Pro

It is an enhanced version of the Blockhead turbo fan holder set which is consisted of two parts; the hotend fan holder and the filament cooler fan holder. Upgrade is designed for Creality Ender 3 Pro and 5015 turbo fan (You may need to buy 24V or 12V version, you must check your printer specifications). Original design had a couple of issues which I have fixed. In the 3rd image, gap inside the red circle was larger than ideal which caused loose fitting and lack of stability. In the 4th image, one more screw hole is added to each side to again increase design stability. Also I have altered the M5 screw hole shape and size a little bit to decrease chances of print cracking during tapping process or part assembly. Printing details are provided below. I did not mention nozzle and bed temperatures because they are varying parameters and must be set according your printing thermal ambient and filament brand. For the filament cooler fan holder (big part); you should use supports during the printing process with the Support Placement option set to "Touching Buildplate". Otherwise model will have supports inside its hollow body which cannot be removed after printing that will definitely mess up air flow. I have printed and tested parts. Therefore, shrinkage of ABS due to cooling should not cause any fitting problems. Post process is required as mentioned under "Post-Printing" heading. Have fun!
