I have kept this design simple and uncomplicated. This is so the driver can focus on other aspects, rather then having to think to find the buttons. The simple shape allows the driver to grip the two rails securely, whilst being able to use all the buttons without removing his/her grip. The design is solid and comfortable, similar in style to a fighter pilots joystick. I hope this conforms to your specification, as the bloodhound is an engineering marvel.
