Blow Gun Ammo

My kid had a toy pitchfork for Halloween that he broke so we decided to use the handle to make a blowgun. This little missile seems to work really well, it is 16.5 mm overall diameter, so you could scale up or down as needed to fit your own tube. I designed it in Fusion 360 I printed with a wall thickness of 2 on a 0.4 mm nozzle with zero infill to keep the weight down. You could increase the wall thickness to 3 layers for more weight and strength. Use 0.2 mm layer height and I used brim for bed adhesion (tail fins down). These things packed a punch, penetrating through a paper bag at 5 yards...not bad for an 11 Year Old! Remember safety with these, and never shoot at people or animals.
