I redesigned Alessandro's http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:795992 Wanhao Duplicator 4/4x Filament Fan Duct to fit better on my printer without interference from the belt. I also updated it to print with no supports. Gently scrape the parts where they will be attached together to get a smooth finish. Print this version in ABS instead of PLA because heat from the nozzle melts and joins the parts at their lowest points near the heat source. Then, use ABS Juice to glue them together for added durability. Use these printing settings: ABS, .3 layer thickness, 30% infill density. Heat your build plate to 110 degrees Fahrenheit while adding a sheet of glass. Apply two coats of Suave Extra Hold hair spray to the glass to help parts adhere securely without any damage. After testing and updating, I discovered that one screw hole needed adjustments for better alignment.
