Blower fan housing and nozzle model 5015

This is a replacement for the outside cover of the blower scroll fan that is used to cool the plastic after it leaves the hot end. The nozzle that was supplied with the printer was simply an insert to the fan and it had to be kept in place with sticky tape (see pictures). This piece replaces the clipped on a screwed in outside cover from the fan. The pictures show the before and after. Instructions Print it. Unscrew the 2 screws on the fan, Pry the top cover off from the outlet - you'll need to release the 3 clips as it starts to come apart. Using the screw and clips to align the new nozzle, replace the screws and clip it into place. Enjoy! I've uploaded the openscad file that generated this. It's complex but I've tried to comment the main variables. Please don't ask me how to adjust this or that. I'd spend as much time doing that as you would.
