BLTouch Bracket for PrinterMods.com MDD v1.2

Added the Direct Drive hardware from printermods.com and also have a BLTouch kit direct from Creality. Found that the BLTouch bracket didn't fit properly so I made this piece. Probably already one out there, but I couldn't find it (didn't look too hard). Can use M3 screws that came with the BLTouch, but you might want to add M3 nuts to the screws that attach the BLTouch. Hope this is helpful
