Remember that this BLTouch gauge block will need to be set onto a sheet of paper, (the distance of the nozzle tip above the print bed. I do not own or have a BLTouch so I have not been able to test this BLTouch gauge block in a real world situation. 20% infill is OK with 4 layers top to prevent any infill bumps passing through to the top surface. A light sanding to smooth the top could help, but keep checking the height of the BLTouch gauge block.
