BLTouch X carriage platform for MakerFarm Prusa i3

This is a printed replacement for the MakerFarm Prusa i3 X-carriage extruder platform, that includes a mounting point for a BLTouch auto bed-leveling sensor. The "Retaining washer" makes mounting the BLTouch easier, since the mounting nut(s) fit snugly into the washer, holding the nut (print two of them). It incorporates a 40mm hot end cooling fan mount and shroud intended for use with the Hexagon hot end, which requires an always-on cooling fan. This fan should be mounted to blow *away* from the carriage (so it draws air from under the carriage, past the hotend cooling fins, and out the front); you don't want it blowing on the print. There is a 5v/gnd pin pair on the RAMPS board (at least the one I have) between the X stepper controller and the fuses that I used for this fan (not requiring me to hook it directly to the power supply) -- see photo. It also incorporates a 40mm print-cooling fan mount and funnel. This fan, of course, should be mounted to blow into the funnel, so that it does blow on the print, and is controlled by the RAMPS board. There is also a 40mm fan grille to cover the fans. * The platform should be printed upside-down * The fan mounts should be printed with the mount flat on the print bed. * The print cooler is off-horizontal by 20º, so you'll need to rotate the print cooler by -110º on the Y axis in your slicer (if your slicer does not allow you to snap a face to the print bed). * The fan grille, of course, should be printed flat, with the raised rings facing up. I'm currently using two 40mm maglev fans ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B006ODM76C/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_RkxkCb9ZBX205). However, I found that those fans will only run at 100%, so it's not the ideal fan for the print cooler; I'll be replacing it with a fan whose speed can be varied. I upgraded the firmware on my MakerFarm Prusa i3 to the latest version (bugfix 1.1.x, although 1.1.9 will probably work). I've included the Configuration.h file that includes the changes required to use UBL with a BLTouch. It's not 100% dialed in yet (still working on using the probe for homing Z).
