yummm blueberries, pick em faster with this handy little tool, or print a couple and turn the people you love into migrant workers ;) I used some malleable thick gauge copper wire to connect through all the holes. calipers tell me it is .1in diameter wire. Then some needle nose pliers to bend around the corner and finish it off, this allows for a variable width tool and flex to extend working life. Next I should design a funnel that will empty this into my mouf wow after using this thing I am pretty impressed with how long it lasted before breaking some of the "sharp" pieces. I was picking for ~6 hours before one of them broke. This thing is a champ! I filled both drawers of my refrigerator with blueberries and leaves in about 8 hours of picking. Last year I got one drawer full with two people picking for a similar amount of time, so roughly double the yield with the tool... small green berries are easily weeded out by dumping the batch into water and the green ones float....now to solve the issue of weeding out the leaves... that is the major labor sticking point, anyway just finished all of this years berries and they have been frozen so I can have a healthy snack year round. Instructions I use .1in copper wire to connect the parts and a stiff aluminum rod in the bottom corner, I believe copper wire would work in all three through holes just find though. most parts are universal with the exception of the handle sides
