<p>This might be useful if you're building a smaller ROV based on BlueRobotics parts. The front side slides on to 2020 aluminum t-slot, while the other side connects to <a href="https://bluerobotics.com/store/watertight-enclosures/4-series/enclosure-clamp-4-series/">BlueRobotics' 4" enclosure clamp</a>, using 4 M4 screws.<br><br>As you can see in the photos, I am using these with 3d printed clamps, instead of the genuine article. The .stl file for the part is available at the link provided above.<br><br>Currently this is friction fit, and will likely need some manner of indexing screw to get a good firm connection that's not gonna slide around. My ROV is still in the “being built” phase, so I haven't decided how I'm gonna bolt these t-slot bars down yet (friction fit is good enough for sitting on a desk).&nbsp;<br>I'm open to suggestions on this.&nbsp;<br><br><br>Print settings:<br>I am told that if youre putting something deep underwater it's a good idea to print at as close to 100% infill as possible. Other than that, this print will likely need infill for the screw holes if you print it sideways (like I usually do).</p>
