I'm going to build a super simple case + battery power for an affordable Bluetooth receiver. No need for keys, so they're not even managed. The case is attached using clips and glue. It's better to remove the big USB A connector from both the USB charging and BT module. The circuit has extremely low consumption (~ 20 mA), some circuits will shut down if the current consumed is too low.
