I'm going on a trip and I needed a way to easily hold my Bluetooth adapter to my headphones. I bought <a href=https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075F1DV91/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1>this adapter</a>. The mount prints in two parts and they use 1.75mm filament to connect the two parts (I'd recommend a little glue to make sure they stay together). It attaches to the headphones with double-sided tape or Velcro.
