Solidworks assembly of a Blum 71B3550 / Hafele 342.42.600 full overlay 110° hinge. Created this for a personal project. A lot of manual effort was performed to cleanse, disassemble and convert the publicly available, static CAD data from Hafele and turn it into the articulating assembly seen here. One of the challenges was that the original STEP file didn't contain discrete bodies for each component. I had to split it by hand and infer boundaries, pivot points, etc. The result isn't quite perfect, but it sufficed for me.
