This reversible plate is used with ASSISTENT brand jigs and accessories. This is a specific adaptation to make the holes for BLUM hinges: The Hinge side: 21.5mm offset to point the 35mm hole. With the 21.5 Adjustment Pin . Center distance 45 for the hinge Offset 9.5 mm / 35mm axis for mounting holes Base side: Center distance of 32mm for the baseplate at 37mm from the edge. Also suitable for 19mm thick flush doors ( Distance 56mm). It is necessary to use the GABARIT MIX-P base or the GABARIT STD which normally comes with a 600 mm perforated rule. The holes are made with the 12mm guide and the 5mm diameter drill bit. and the pointing of the 35mm hole is done with the punch that fits on the drill guide.
