I'll prevent bending of the Extruder Mount by connecting the E3D Volcano Mount to the Extruder, which reduces the Linear Advance value from 0.2 to 0.07 using Marlin 2.0's v1.5 settings. To simplify removal of the 40mm fan, I added three millimeter nut insertions.
