BMG Extruder for BLV AM8 with Dual Part Cooling Fans

BMG (clone/Bondtech, I have clone) Extruder for AM8 BLV mod. I wanted dual part cooling fans and thought I would get a BMG style extruder while I was at it. It turned out pretty tightly packed and and has not much more room within than necessary. Installing this does require doing things in a rough order as things get covered up. Firstly put all the m3 nuts into the part, they can be a bit fiddly to get in and need pressing in. Once the part is attached to the MGNH, put the belt in first, make sure the tensioner is at its lowest so you can tighten using only the tensioner as the belt will be covered up when finished. The rest can go together at this point, just keep the cabling in mind, there's a recess for the hotend cable on the right. It's a bit of a pain getting the wires all into it and out the right side where there is a cable tie point so keep the wires tidy. There is space for the BLtouch wires to go too, I just accidentally did that last and didn't want to take the hotend out the way again to get the wires hidden. Supports BL Touch, I have included a spacer that I printed multiple of at differing Z scaling to get the BL Touch where I wanted it. I will make new Fan duct as I still need to improve on it. My design assumed there was no silicon sock on the hotend so I have realised that some air will be hitting the sock. Fan duct and Fan duct 2 are different designs, print 2 of either one, each side uses the same design. Edit 16/06/20: Uploaded a new fan duct that works better. "Fan Duct New"
