This is a reinforced design of the door armrest trim insert from BMW 3 series (e46) Coupe and Convertible. Part was 3D scanned first because of the extremely tight fit. Then it was modeled and improves were implemented. Note the increased thickness on tabs and central nerve. The latter shares part of the load with the tabs in every assembly. Design not for resale. Only for personal use.
