Created this tool for changing my fuel filter on my R53 Mini Cooper it appears it will fit a bunch of other BMWs that also use the same Steel ring to hold the filter housing and Fuel pump in the fuel tank. Looking at ECSTuning Fuel ring part# 16116762417 appears to fit all minis and the BMW E46, E52, E53, E60, E61, E63, E64, E65, E66, E83
