hello all, We have here a 3 piece speaker shelf speciffically made for BMW mini cooper The idea is to 3D print a set of these (3 pieces) to use as speaker grilles or covers for your 6 inch speakers I made the three pieces with grooves/slots in them so you can install EL wire in them and have them concealed but cool glowing at night. These are a big print, I used my works 3D touch which prints pretty big. Again, I wish I could give you the model but it was made using Archicad. Please note that Archicad can export to many formats. Ask me if you would like a 3Ds file for instance. I know you could import that into google sketch up and you could go from there. It does not look like much during the day but at night it looks wicked. Many cars slow down to look inside to see what it is. I have been a car enthusiast for a long time so I could not resist not doing something for a car. I will make more car related stuff soon. I was thinking of making a pipe I could use to insert a sports air filter in the engine bay, it could look like a turbo made out of plastic!!! Any ideas let me know! have fun!!
