Diatone owns the original design and is not for commercial use. It's been modified to fit the Beitian BN-220 GPS module. The BN220 GPS is plug'n'play with the Roma F5 V2 Analog Version. You will only need to go into betaflight and change the baud rate to 9600. The GPS detected 12 sats within 60 seconds of my initial test.
