These are some parts from AprilStorm's design that I've modified a little to make assembly easier. Now that larger build spaces are more common and multiple print processes are easier to set up, I've combined a few of the parts. Removing joints to assemble/weld and adding pins to connect the barrel made everything stable. I printed everything in PLA and it came out solid. The trigger is slightly smaller to accommodate the extra plastic added to keep the handle area nice and rigid. You might consider using something like Raptor PLA or PLA+ for the piece that connects the stock and the handle. I settled on printing that piece with enough top, bottom, and perimeter walls to completely fill the model and make it solid. It has a little flex when holding the blaster horizontally due to the weight of the parts, but there will probably always be some give since we are using plastic.
