Here is a pretty usefull tool i've designed for the excellent UkCNC mini coil winder. it's a plate for fixing every kind of bobbin of guitar pickup. All you need is take five M3 (2.2mm height) hex nut and glue them in the hex holes, to the back. You need two M3 screw to fix the humbucker or P90 bobbin on the plate or one M3 screw to fix single coil bobbin. After that glue the second part on the back to avoid the nuts go out of their place. the tool is fixed on the machine with two M4 screw. i also use a double face tape for the single coil to avoid it to move during winding. Some single coil bobbin have their central hole too small for a M3 screw, it's fiber so you can drill it to the good diameter easily. I use a 3mm drill bit and it's done.
