BOBUS THE TINKERER Bobus the Tinkerer is a, well, tinkerer. He is fascinated with machines, and has always searched for a type of crystal that could power his machines. At the time, the only portable method of powering them was steam, but that all changed when he used a rare crystal, that he named Bobite, in one of his machines and it worked. He was very excited about the discovery, but there was a problem. Bobite was so incredibly rare that he could only find a few crystals. He was desperate to find a solution. He began trying to come up with a formula to make the crystals grow at an increased rate, but had no luck. One day he accidentally spilled a mixture of crude oil, slug slime, intraocular fluid, and pigs’ blood onto the crystals. The crystals started to grow at in extreme rate, but they became unstable and exploded. The explosion destroyed Bobus' workshop and left him unconscious. He woke up in the hospital the next day. He had a concussion and some crystal shards were lodged in his skin. The surgeons did their best to remove all the shards, but could not guarantee that they were completely removed, as some shards were very small. Bobus went home and rebuilt his shop. The accident destroyed everything. His machines, his plans, and all of his crystals were gone. Weeks later, he woke up with sharp pains on the side of his head. He looked in the mirror and found crystal clusters pushing through his skin. He went back to the hospital, but they said there was nothing they could do. On his walk home, Bobus started to see Bobite crystals forming on the sides of buildings, on the ground, and in trees. As the months rolled by, he started notice major crystal formation in the town. Bobus needed to find something to stop the crystals from growing any further. After years of trying, Bobus was unable to find a reversing formula. The town was forced to evacuate. Bobus is the only person left in the town. The Bobite spread and covered almost half of his face and head, forcing Bobus to remove his right eye and replace it with a prosthetic. If Bobus cannot find a formula to reverse the rapid growth, the Bobite could encroach on the entirety of the Earth. To Be Continued… Thanks to the people who created the things I remixed.
