Boden Verschlusskappe für Teleskopangel Biltema Geocaching Cacheangel Bei meiner Biltema Angel ist der Boden ausgebrochen, weil die Angel hin und wieder in sich zusammenrutscht ist. Nach ca. 10x war der Boden durchgeschlagen. Hierfür habe ich eine stabile Bodenkappe konstruiert. Diese betrachte ich als Verschleissteil, falls sie wieder kaputt geht, kann ich mir jederzeit eine neue drucken :-) Die original Gummimanschette habe ich bündig abgeschnitten, aber dran gelassen, sieht man auf dem Foto. Falls ihre diese Manschette nicht mehr habt, dann wird die Kappe vermutlich zu groß sein. Ich füge die SCAD Datei an, wer möchte, kann sich einen anderen Durchmesser konstruieren. Für mehr Haltbarkeit bzw. bessere Impulsverteilung beim Zusammenrutschen habe ich außerdem den mitgelieferten Stopfen von oben unten eingesteckt und erst dann meine Verschlusskappe montiert. I consider this a wearing part, if it breaks again, I can print a new one at any time :-) I cut off the original rubber sleeve, but left it on, you can see in the photo. If you no longer have this cuff, then the cap is likely to be too big. I attach the SCAD file, if you want you can construct another diameter. For more durability and better impulse distribution when slipping together, I also inserted the supplied stopper from above and below and only then mounted my cap.
