Body for Raspberry Pi Camera with Lens Adapter

This is a body lased from 3mm MDF that protects the Raspberry Pi camera board PCB and also allows to attach 37mm Lenses (e.g. Wide-Angle, Tele or Macro Lenses from Lensbaby). It also has a screw at the bottom to attach a tripod and an optional button at the top that could be attached to one of the rpi's GPIO ports. Instructions For attaching the lenses I used an old 37 mm filter (from which the glass was removed) and that is fixed between the two front panels. Depending on what kind of filter you use you might have to adjust the size of the two front holes You will also need 4 small 2mm screws to attach the PCB to the small holding panel - I found mine in my scrapbox. The screw for the tripod attachment I harvested from an old cheap camera.
