If you've grown carnivorous plants from seeds, you know how boring it is to wait on your seedling to grow into something interesting—and looking for them is so time consuming. So, I create a test tube pot for the seedlings, a hatching bay, if you will, to display them better. These things make so easy to inspect your seedling tray. This is for my drosera species, Tolkaiensis and Capensis "Wide Leaf" and "CPS Giant". Water without disbursing the seedlings because there is a tube that moves water to the base without touching the seedlings. This will be especially useful during acclimation to lower humidity when you actually have to water the plants. It's magnetic and requires that you pause the print to drop the magnet in. Avoid having the magnet jump out to attach to the printing nozzle by using another magnet underneath the platform to hold the magnet down. Or just superglue it. I am using neodymium disc with a hole in the middle. Diameter is 19.05, internal whole is 4.95, and it's 3.11 thick. But you should be able to use other sizes as along as the middle it can fit over the middle peg, which is 4mm thick, and as long as the magnet can fit into a 20.15 mm diameter hole and isn't over 4.7 thick. Added: Just added a file for an open back so you don't need to print in place. You can superglue later if you'd like. The new file is called "Testtube_MagneticBody_OpenBack.stl". These look like they'll work: https://a.co/d/fgNyyuf The exact test tubes that I used: https://a.co/d/7Kl9ZoV
