I liked goldmole's Boise Ear Saver design as it made wearing a mask for 8 hours straight more comfortable. I have made three improvements to the design for use with homemade masks. • Taller posts on the ends to account for the thicker straps used by homemade masks. • A channel in the posts so that you can lock the strap on one side of the mask in place to make putting it on easier. The strap on the other side just slides around the other post as normal. • Thicker straps so that they aren't too flimsy. This will also make it easier to put on.
