A bollock dagger handle for Belegarth foam swords designed after medieval examples. For a 1/2" diameter round core. For better results, print foam parts using Colorfabb Varioshore Foaming TPU filament. With the settings I have listed the print will feel similar to a boffer sword pommel that has been made from 4lb density microcell foam. The little triangle wings were added to the design to allow it to pass Belegarth's template rules. Crossguard, Pommel Body and Cap: Print at 240c, 70% flow rate, 50 mm/s. Infill 30-35% with 4 wall thickness should yield a piece that feels similar to 2-4lb density microcell foam. Handle: Print from PLA, PETG, etc, whatever settings you find best
