The bolt shaft is 8mm if you get 8mm bearings you may not need the bushing (maybe some washers though). I used Fusion 360 and drafted them up quick. I had to make the nut a little bigger in the X and Y scale on y printer to get a good clearance, but I'm not using a high end machine. The hex size was chosen to make use of the bed height sensor wrenches that came with my printrbot (16mm wooden wrenches).
