Bolt Hobbing Tool for Mini Lathe

I liked timschmidt's bolt hobbing tool for lathes, but my mini lathe can only handle tools that are 5/16" at or smaller. So I shrunk the shaft small enough to work on my 7x12 mini lathe. Because of the smaller shaft, the holder does rattle a bit (at least the one I printed out of PLA), so I found it helped to put small scraps of 5mm MDF between the bearing holder part and the lathe's tool post. Follow all of the same instructions from the part this is derived from - two 608 bearings, and space the bolt out with washers.
