Bomarc Missile with Launcher

From Wikipedia: "The Boeing CIM-10 Bomarc (IM-99 Weapon System[4] prior to September 1962)[5] was a supersonic long-range surface-to-air missile (SAM) used during the Cold War for the air defense of North America. In addition to being the first operational long-range SAM, it was the only SAM deployed by the United States Air Force." Operational Bomarc missiles had various paint schemes, mostly black/white/red, or grey/white, but I like the red/white one on the Aurora model box best. The model shown was printed in Hatchbox white PLA, then sanded and painted with Krylon Fusion White spray paint and Createx Pearlized Red acrylic, finishing with Krylon Satin Clearcoat. The launcher was printed in CC3D Silky Silver. If printed at 100% scale, the assembled missile will be almost 12 inches long. Nerys scales it up ! https://twitter.com/nerys/status/1225554671395164160 Print the three missile sections, two of the ramjets, and 2 couplers, using 2 perimeters, no infill, and no top or bottom layers. Use the couplers to glue the sections together. If you print the Bomarc with anything other than 2 perimeters of .5mm width each, then you might have to experiment with scaling the couplers to make them fit. The launcher rail and base can be connected with a couple of 2mm screws, or the holes can be drilled out for larger screws. The front/rear clamps and the deflector are just glued on. The deflector will need some brim to hold it to the print bed. There are four thin rods projecting from the wings and tail fins of the Bomarc, which I assume are pitot tubes. For my model, I used 1mm piano wire painted white for these, but you could use toothpicks or plastic rods. The model has cylinders to hold these; open at the front end and closed at the rear.
