Bond Bridge Link for "Tizio" desk lamp

This is the replacement part for the red link at both ends of the "Bond Bridge" of the famous TIZIO desk lamp, created by Richard Sapper for Artemide in 1972. With time, the plastic of the red links tends to crystallise and to come apart (see photos). Replacements are almost impossible to find and are very expensive, compared to their complexity/quantity of material. Therefore I made two for my lamp. ========= TO NOTE: I have suppressed the big hole which is drilled on the side of the original link. Conversely, I have introduced a small hole, to insert a pin to block the small metal shaft inside the link. (In the original part, that was not necessary, as the links used to be printed around the shaft - I presume.) In my design, the main hole is slightly smaller than the shaft, to allow a better grip. You might need to enlarge that hole with a 2.5mm (3/32") drill bit. That should be tight enough and the shaft won't slip even without pins.
