Bondtech BMG + E3D V6 print head for Geeetech A10/A30

This is my first submission to Thingiverse, so be gentle! Remixed from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3080548. You'll need to download Greg's files to get the front piece and the stepper motor spacer. This remix includes a modified back piece that fits the hot-end mount plate on the Geeetech A10 and A30 and modified BLTouch mount. On the back piece, there are now 2 pairs of holes, one above the other. I ended up using the top most set. In the original design, the part-fan cable can be routed through the front and back pieces. As it was a fast remix, I sacrificed the through hole on the back piece so it will need to be routed around the right side. The BLtouch mount is 1mm taller and has a hole in the middle for making adjustments to the pin if needed. Also, to get the X-axis endstop to engage, I had to move it to the outside of the pulley enclosure. Placed there, it hits the hub of the 40mm fan so I've also included a simple fan guard from here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2335067 (Note: I purchased my A30 around 12/15/2018. I can't guarantee they haven't changed the mount. Geeetech seems to change their designs every few months.)
