Bondtech LGX + Mosquito for E3D Toolchanger

Remixed to work with a Bondtech LGX + Mosquito hotend. Enlarged some of the holes to accommodate m3 heat press inserts and changed the way the fan shroud attaches. The JST receptacle on the stepper motor was hitting the receiver so I had to file away a bit of material from the receiver to make it fit. Just a couple strokes with the file was all that was needed. NOTE: This design is for t2 and t3, if you want to install it on T0 or T1, you'll need to mirror the parts. Update 09/28/21: Thickened the "shelf" that supports the LGX.
