Boo!

Its a Boo! from Super Mario. Solidworks files are located in the zip file. They are really messy because I modeled the whole Boo! as I went, then cut it up in solidworks. Anyway, they are there in case you would like to modify. Instructions Print one of each file. Insert pin into slot on the two body pieces to hold together. Insert base into ghost. The teeth are a bit tricky. I was able to print them on a glass/hairspray bed without the need for any type of raft but that may be subjective. I used a small knife to clean out the first layer "smash" and then the holes are made to take a small piece of 1.75mm filament to hold the teeth to the mouth. just jam it in there. On the smaller two teeth the holes are shallow, I managed to get it to stay together glue-less but this will depend on calibration, first layer, size of filament pin, etc. Or you could try the whole ghost stl with support. I didn't try it. Printed fine in PLA, pretty much default settings, nothing crazy. I went slower for the teeth (60mm/s) 120mm/s of the body files, thanks to sailfish. Modeled in Solidworks, good loft practice.
