Modeled with blender to see the difference between the original one and a printed one. Surprisingly even with the layer edges (not sand papered) the flight is the same. This is an easy boomerang that has a really nice circular flight with a helicopter end for an easy catch. To be like the wooden model, print it with a weight of 36g. To accomplish this, do a 100% infill and divide the total weight by 1.62, this will give something like plywood. You have here the original .blend file that can be edited with blender, one with smooth airfoils and one with more marked ones.
