a neat wood working puzzle that you can make at http://woodgears.ca/puzzles/borg.html. i just followed the description and drew it up in openSCAD. i have yet to print these. i plan to buy some rare earth magnets as was used in the description. Instructions i sized to 50% to fit in my pocket, fill 10% layer size of .2 0 shells you will need to print the following; 8 Borg1 pieces, 2 Borg2 pieces, 2 Borg3 pieces, 1 Borg4 piece, 1 Borg5 piece. soon as you have printed them all the website has instructions on how to put it together. i had to sand some of the sides because of minor flaring.
