Bosch 1617 Dust Boot

This dust boot was designed to deflect the air generated by the router away from the work piece. The dust boot is comprised of 3 major parts: Top, Center and Brush Ring. The top and Center sections are held together with M6 x 35mm bolts. The ends of those bolts extend below the Center section and 10mm magnets in the Brush Ring attach the Brush Ring to the Center section. If air deflection is not needed, eliminate the Center section and use shorter bolts in the Top section. The 4" hose adapter is available on Amazon or Ebay and the Router Clamp can be made from a 3/4" piece of Delrin or printed if you have a 3D printer.
