Bosch 1617 Dust Port

Thanks to B_Rich for the original dust port. (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2113911) I only had M4*20 and M4*16 pan head screws available and the original was too thick so the screws did not make it through the body. The holes have been recessed to accommodate a pan head screw (and washer if desired) and allow sufficient length of either a 16 mm or 20 mm long M4 screw to be used.
