Bosch Colt Dust Boot - CNC

This is a dust collection boot for the Bosch Colt router. It's based on the ShapeOko Dust Boot for the DeWalt 611 (http://www.ev-guide.com/3d-printing-products/shapeoko3vacuum) Since they hadn't developed one for the Bosch Colt, I decided to customize it for my needs by designing it in multiple pieces without the need for support and I removed the gimmicky spindle lock feature. The parts do need to be bonded together (see below). Note: base model vacuum port is 1 1/2" (Fein, Festool, European, etc), a sleeve reducer model is included for 1 1/4" (Shop Vac, Sears, US, etc) ___Features___ Vacuum port directly in front of the router or 45 degrees to the left (two separate models) Exhaust venting Removable Dust Brush Removable threaded nozzle(s) (two sizes) Brush and nozzles can be used separately or together. Indexing features in each model allow for easy alignment during bonding. ___Extras___ Dust Brush: https://www.amazon.com/Konmison-Cleaner-Engraving-Machine-Spindle/dp/B01566L3HQ 10-32 x 1" OR M5 x.8 - 25mm length cap screw or similar Adhesives: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0046768VS (if PLA or PETG) Acetone (if ABS) ___Printing Choices___ Choose the Clamp Upper0.stl if you want the vacuum port directly in front of the router. Choose Clamp Upper45.stl if you want the vacuum port 45 degrees to the left of the router. Print the Sleeve Reducer if you're using a 1 1/4" vacuum connection. ___Assembly___ Prep all parts by removing any stringing. Remove 3 vertical ribs from the vacuum plenum using a pliers. Dry fit the model to make sure everything works. Apply adhesive and reassemble model. Tap the smaller clamp hole with a 10-32 or M5 tap Install 10-32 or M5 cap screw. ___Optional Post-Assembly___ Guide 8" brush strip into the groove (it will take a bit of work) Thread in nozzle(s). Sleeve reducer included to adapt from 1 1/2" to 1 1/4" vacuum hose connections.
