Bosch GKF 12V - Festool Rail

thingiverse

Designed to fit an Bosch GKF 12V Handheld router onto a Festool FS1400 rail. Feel free to remix! The nice about this adapter is that you can still use your router as normal, it does not interfere as it sits flush with the bottom of the shoe. Printing: Infill: at least 20%, higher gives more strength. Don't go above 75% infill, no need to spill filament. I used PETG, but PLA should be fine too. Post print: Drill out the holes a little, they might need adjustment. Remove the two bolts in the shoe of the router, find newer, longer ones and fit the adapter on top of the shoe. Bolt on and done! Ideally you bolt it on with a washer + nyloc. I've also put in a hole in the guide rail in order to mount a block to adjust sliding friction, although this is not needed.
