This base plate is meant to fit brass guide bushings with an a mounting flange of 35mm. Although this model has closer screw mounting hole tolerance than the OEM plate, care must be taken to ensure there is no contact between the bushing and the router bit. Any contact (friction, heat) could effect the integrity of the printed part. For that reason also it is recommended that ABS filament is the material used. PLA would also work but it has a lower melting temperature than ABS. Onshape was used to create this model.
