<p>Guide rail adapter for the Bosch GKS 190 Professional circular saw.</p><p> </p><p>For inspiration I used “<a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/102185-bosch-gws-108v-12v-guide"><strong>Bosch GWS 10.8V / 12V Guide</strong></a>” by<strong> </strong>@<a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/social/78818-hammer_t/about">HAMMER_T</a>.</p><p>The design is for a 50x30x3mm aluminium profile <a href="https://www.hornbach.cz/shop/Alu-L-Profil-50x30x3mm-2m/6368192/artikl.html">https://www.hornbach.cz/shop/Alu-L-Profil-50x30x3mm-2m/6368192/artikl.html</a></p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Printed from petg in two parts and glued together.</p><p> </p><blockquote><p>My print:</p><p>0,28mm layer</p><p>30% infill</p><p>4 perimeters</p><p>5 bottom and top layers</p><p>Supports on the bed</p></blockquote><p> </p><p>For greater strength, a 100mm long M3 threaded rod is used at the gluing point.</p><p>Four M4 nuts can be inserted into the groove and M4x25 screws can be used to lock the saw. Hex head bolts are better.</p><p> </p><p>A little sanding will probably be needed :)</p><p> </p><p> </p>
