The Guide from Bosch is a bit sloppy for the FSN rail so I made a new one with a tight tolerance to eliminate the slop which should give a better cut. I have tried both PLA and PETG and the PEGT gives a better result although they both work. Your printer has to be fine tuned otherwise you can't fit the guide over the guide rail.The first couple of times you have to force it a bit and slide it numerous times to make it slide smooth. You can cut the two metal rods from your original Bosch guide but then you can't use it for other things so I bought a new one. It doesn't cost much, under 20 euro with shipping here in Denmark. You also need two M3x8 screws and a couple of washers and you have to cut a M3 thread in each rod.
